25 Feb 2021 by James Makiol

Please be aware, we continue to participate in GPS sport under strict COVID-19 restrictions as per the sport industry plans. The GPS has approved an easing of spectator limits to include the following –
*Cricket and Rowing lead up regattas up to 1500 people
*Debating based on 1 spectator per 2m2. At Nudgee Tierney Auditorium 250 people and classrooms 10 people (Please note these are total numbers. We are allowed 5 people per team in classrooms. Please liaise with your teams’ families as you will not be allowed in rooms once the cap of 5 per team is reached. -James Makiol)
*Volleyball up to 500 dependant on 1 spectator per 2m2
*GPS Swimming to be confirmed
*GPS Head of the River up to 10,000people

All spectators must continue to sign in via the EVA Check In at each venue.

As we have done previously sport directors will communicate via team app any constraints due to opposition venue capacities.
Please note the Parents only tag has been removed, as always I encourage all supporters to cooperate with each school we visit and thank everyone for your support.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you require further clarification aco@nudgee.qld.edu.au
